Hi, could anyone help me?

I have bought a Bond but I noticed It was bought in RS and not OSRS, so i went to Contact Buton on FAQ Bond Issues website. However, button just redirect me to another FAQ topic and I can't report or open a ticket to request any transfer.

How can I proceed?
