Make the payment for a month with Paypal on friday 19/2 and I still do not have it active.
The payment has already been paid monday 22/2.
How do I request a refund? They made me lose the 48 live hours of double experience.
You need to check any other Runescape accounts you have as it sounds like the payment didn't go to the account you wanted.
The account will have a confirmation message about the payment in the 'Messages' tab.
What to do:
Start by getting a list of accounts you own. Try the tools on the
Forgotten login
support page.
This list might not be complete, especially if you use a mobile device to play or have created accounts with shortcut logins (Facebook, Google) and have never actually set an email login.
You can then contact Jagex' Billing Support to get the membership transferred across.
Go to the
Bought membership on the wrong account
support page, read it and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
Billing Support will be able to help you, especially if you are having trouble locating which account the membership went to.
If you just want a straight refund, they will help you with that too.
