updating subscription Thread is locked

Hi
Just a quickie I had to update my payment details because the card I used expired.
I set up a new subscription, because you can't now change the cvs, and it went through ok I assume.
The account details mention today's date when I query the account online via the RS homepage, however I haven't had a confirmation email as yet, anyone know if that should be instant upon payment or will it take a time?
my subs are billed on 22 of the month and account now says next bill will be 22 April and not 22 March as it was earlier?
I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

Hi yammaniow.

When you set up a new monthly subscription, it will charge the card immediately, and add a month's membership to whatever you have remaining from the previous subscription.

There should be a message in the account's message centre inbox.

The email receipt will go to the email address you entered when you set up the new payment, not to the account's registered email. Don't forget to check the spam folder.

ok I have the message in the message centre, but nothing in email yet.
is there a way I can check the email address I put in at the time I renewed.as I think I may have misplaced two characters?

I sent an email to the email address that I may have mistakenly typed this address does not exist was the email bounced back.
I know what I want to do, but can rarely achieve it

I suggest you use the refunds page to contact Jagex about this.
Refunds

Click "Contact us" then "No" then "Jagex" then "Request a refund".

Explain the issue in the text box on the form.
