My player name is Elika Stark and I have joined Runescape world for more than a decade. It has come to my notice that my account has been billed with the sum of €211 with the excuse of Unpaid Balance.
As I recall, I have paid my membership bill at the beginning of February, to which the payment transaction was succesful (as verified too by Jagex). Due to a busy life schedule, I have refrained from playing the game throughout the month, only to try and log in and play my favourite game, and discover the inability to enter my account due to the unpaid balance.
I have taken all the steps to secure my account from any possible attempted hijacking by recovering my email, changing the password, as well as putting an Authenticator. The only thing I can do is wait until this problem is resolved.
As a faithful member of this game, it saddens me deeply to see that other members have been in the exact same situation as I currently am.
