i purchased 35 keys over an hour ago my bank account got charged and i never got my keys is anyone else having this problem this is really bad especially on Christmas day this is like the second time i ever purchased keys with money and now my last what a bad experience

Hello Turthrexz,

If you purchased the keys through a third party, e.g. Steam, Google or Apple, it's possible your items will first appear after 24 hours.

If you purchased from RuneScape site, you might have to relog and they will appear on your account. If you purchased through the site and they still don't appear, it could mean you were accidentally signed into a different account and got the keys there. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
