I purchased a one year membership thinking I was purchasing apremier membership. Then purchase a one month premier and right after that a gold (one year) premier membership. Ihad a month to month. When I check my account it does not reflect the two premier memberships. I have updated my email. Please advise me the status of my account. TY.
Please check the confirmation emails you have from Jagex for the purchases.
These emails will tell you the display name of the account you purchased for and the type of membership purchased.
There is no one month Premier.
Premier Club is bought in either three months (bronze), six months (silver) or twelve months (gold) amounts.
If you bought a year regular membership then bought a Gold Premier membership, you should be able to claim a refund of the regular membership - if you want.
There is no need to buy two years of membership and have so much membership sitting there.
Go to the
Refunds
support page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
It sounds like you
upgraded
from a Bronze membership to a Gold membership.
Upgrading means buying Gold just added nine months to the Bronze to complete a full year of Premier Club membership and you would have been charged the upgrade price rather than the full one year price.
To check when you owe money again, click on the 'My Account' button at the top of this page and log in.
On the next screen, look on the right hand side under 'Membership'.
There you can see if you have a recurring subscription or not.
If you don't have a recurring subscription, it will just say
"Member until day/month/year hour:minute"
If you have a recurring subscription, it will say
"Recurring Membership"
and you would need to click on the
"Manage your subscriptions"
button lower down to find out the rebill date
