For the first time in probably a decade I was forced to use a RS Pre-paid card. Long story short, my card needed to be updated, which I did, and they then decided against Oversea's payment and called it suspicious. I wanted to act ASAP as not to lose my membership price. I was in the hospital for surgery so acted as soon as I could. My current was rate was still intact...which leads me to this...
I used the 25.00 pre-paid card and was only offered 65 days membership. My monthly fee has been 5.95 for over a decade. I should of got 4 months worth of membership. When I tried to "fix" my card that price was still intact less than 12 hrs ago. I could not of acted any faster anyway as I had major surgery and am just now home.
Can you please tell me why I wasn't able to get 4 months membership for a 25.00 card? Can we please fix this?
