hi there, i am having same issue, only i know 100% i purchased the bond on my OSRS account, the money got taken out of my bank account, its in my bank charges, i bought a bond yesterday on the 19th of July and never received it, i received an confirmation message that jagex received my payment and it went through on Jagex billing support end. as money is gone from my bank account and after logging out multiple times and logging on today,
i still have not received it, i paid money for an item i never received, i would either like my bond to appear in game, as i think there has been a issue on the games end making it appear in my bond pouch or a refund, at this point though, i just want a refund for an item i never received and paid for.
this account Tonya_Lynn30 is the name i purchased it with, i repeat, i know what version i purchased it on, so please don't ask me what version i bought bond for,
i do not have same login info for both versions, therefore i know i purchased it for OSRS Version. I have tried doing the contact us thing but it never gives me an option for this webform, ppl are talking about on other OSRS forum pages. I just want a refund for an item i never received and paid for.
this is truly upsetting that this even happened, this needs to be fixed.
