Good evening
on the 8th of February my bank was charged for 2 payments by "help. jagex. com CD" however this account is the only one that should use the bank details attached and I have not purchased anything since the 1st of February as that's when my last billing message is from, those payments were unauthorized since this is my only a account.
do you have a record of these transactions as am not impressed with whoever is running around funded on my money, and would also like those refunded if at all possible. I make purchases regularly but only on this account.
I truly hope to resolve this issue smoothly and will also be in contact with my bank regarding this, and this will not affect my future patronage to Jagex.
