So I'm not sure what they might've been doing (my stats didn't change enough for me to notice) but this could've been going on for a while. So I would check that as well. You should have my real name and I can supply state issued id with photo if necessary.

It sounds like someone has been using your account to commit online fraud against Jagex.

You just have to wait for a reply which can take up to 48 hours, however the weekend might slow things down.
While you wait for a response, take some time to review your security, especially if this has been going on for a while.
It may be as simple as changing the password to your email and setting up 2-step verification on your email. <- just this may be enough to keep the hijacker out.

And check that the hijacker hasn't set up any direct access links into your account. To check this, go into account management (My Account at the top of this page) and click on the 'Linked Accounts' tab. Make sure the hijacker hasn't set up any links to a Google account, Facebook account or Apple account.

So before I could get back on my computer at somepoint someone stole another 12m.
Now after changing the password I got the account frozen from a insane charge of 840$ to the account. I have sent a little more information privately in a message to support and I just really would like a response from a mod that its getting looked into.
I've lost family members to suicide this past few years. RS has always been a good sober escape. I've changed my pass from a VPN luckily now for a 2nd time this month. Please catch this piece of sod and give him a shake for whosever money they stole and used my account to funnel through. Don't let me lose this account for this. It would really suck.

Thats your first post back without the E-Mail ID number. It might be an issue where someone else might be able to use it to make contact with Jagex. So best that is kept private.
the help is appreciated. Didnt think of that. Should be secure now. I accidentally deleted my passwords to everything else though. So job hunting now will be fun.

I don't know how to post on forums besides replying but my account was aswell hacked. It does not make since I haven't played in a little over a week and it has 2 step verification installed so how can someone take my account and all the stuff if I have all the security aspects covered.
