I go through this every time the expiration date changes on our credit card - can someone please tell me where to go to chnge it??? Thanks

Jagex has changed the system and doing a simple update of the expiry is no longer possible.

The only way to update now is to go through buying a whole new subscription.
Buying a new sub will auto-cancel the previous sub.
Your grandfathered payment rate won't change.
