Did you buy a 5 Bond pack?
Or did you buy lesser quantities which added up to 5 Bonds?
If you bought a 5 Bond pack, go to the
Find my Bond
support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to get to a message form to message Billing Support.
If you bought lesser quantities, check your confirmation of purchase messages (email or 'Messages' tab) and make sure all 5 Bonds purchases were successful.
