so I just got my account unbanned a couple days ago after 2300 days. I have been playing since, got membership was using up this double xp. I went to work today, came home go to get on and it says "you are unable to login but this is a quickfix" or something along those lines. so I started reading what it was about goto my "checkout" and it says I have an outstanding balance of 252 and I havn't bought anything so how can this be? my card hasn't even been linked since being unbanned!!

It sounds like your account is insecure.
A hijacker has discovered the login/password since the unban and has used the account to commit online fraud.

Since you got your account back, have you properly secured it?
This includes changing the password to the linked email.
If you have not yet done a security review, work through these instructions: Securing your account

Then contact Billing Support about the debt.
Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page, read it and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to get to a message form.
You probably won't get a reply until Monday or Tuesday.

I have the same issue right now and it's been a week with no resolution from support.

I have a membership that expires in 2 days which I doubt will be reinstated since support seems like they're just going to ignore me. I got it from Twitch Prime rewards.

I hadn't played in a long time and my account got hijacked with unpaid balance I did not incur. the one day of the year I logged in...

Having to post everywhere on the forum to get this resolved, I guess.

Edit: fixed, but membership from twitch prime wasn't reinstated.
