15k oddments + 15 th-keys ?

I created A Fresh account, few days ago.
And made that account p2p 14 days, with one bond.

However, i did not receive today's 15k free oddments + 15 free th-keys.
I got them on this account though.

Plus my friend, made A Fresh account also, but that account is about a week older.
And he did got the free 15k oddments + free th-keys.

There for i wonder, what are the exact requirements for the free oddments, and free th-keys?

Note: account that did not receive them, rsn: vispleb ^_^

Hey Glophren,

Players who log-in within three months of Feb 1st, were given 15,000 Oddments and 15 Treasure Hunter keys after a mishap with the removal of the Rare Item Tokens.

The exception to this are accounts created after Jan 26th, 2021 are not eligible to receive this offer.

Many people were upset by the removal of the tokens and it caused a bit of backlash within the community. Unfortunately, Jagex is unable to resolve the issue without doing a server wide roll-back, so the alternative was to gift everyone these free oddments and keys.

As an apology for this misstep, we’ll be gifting all players 15,000 extra Oddments to spend within the Oddments store. We'll also be awarding all players 15 Treasure Hunter keys to use too. These will roll out with next Monday's Game Update and be available for players who login within 3 months of the update. (Note: Accounts created on or after January 26th 2021 will not be eligible).
