i have an active subscription and the login screen keep telling me to buy another subscription

i can log on free to play worlds only

what the fuck , please help uh

the most common reason for this is that the membership was bought on the wrong account

so make sure you have members for the account you are wanting to use.

Thanks i didnt know about this section.

I only have 1 account , its my main since the early 2000's , was linked to rs3
And i started osrs last year . I dont see why the subscribtion dosent work .

I am not able to rebuy one also , because they saybi am already a member uh

Your forum badge shows you are a member.

Are you sure that you aren't trying to log in to a free to play world, while your character is standing in a members only area? People sometimes misread that message, and think it's telling them they don't have membership. Glad to be of service

Can you try signing in to a P2P world through RS3? Also, see Support Centre.

I actually cancelled my subscribtion on mobile 5 mins ago .
Loaded back rs3 and made my account member again via phone .

It worked i can now LOGIN on OSRS members world .. uh
