I have played since 2006, anniversary was dec 17 2022 and i pay annually, logged in dec 2 and lost bank spots, so went to renew (which was a pain) now anniversary is nov 30 and it went to auto renew which i don't want and while i got the redeem code for the 2 days, oops try again later. i must be doing something wrong
any insight?
Do you still have your email from Jagex confirming your payment last year?
You should check to see when you paid.
The new Premier Membership is recurring, not a one off purchase each year like the old Gold Premier Club was.
Premier Membership is a new subscription product, Premier Club (Gold/Silver/Bronze) has been pensioned off.
If you paid on 2nd December, your "rebill date" would be 3 days before the 12 month anniversary.
The
"oops, try again later"
error message when trying to redeem the 2-day passcode is happening to a lot of players currently.
I don't know what to recommend other than to wait and try again in a day or two.
