Hi I currently have a monthly subscription but my BF and I wanted to gift premier club gold to each other. His went through just fine, but mine is stating that I'm ineligible. Is there only one allowed per household? Not sure what is going on and didn't see this addressed in the support pages.

Is your current membership being paid through a mobile app e.g. Google Play or Apple Pay?
If so, you will need to use up all that mobile app paid membership and return your account to F2p before you can buy Premier Club.

The mobile app membership system is not compatible with the website membership system.
If you swap from one to the other, you can only do it after the account returns to F2p status.

Hi I saw that but also saw the transaction this morning clearly routed directly from my bank to Jagex.
I don't believe that's the issue!
Not to change the subject, buy I do plan to try cancelling and getting premier again when it runs out. Is the date shown on the website, March 1st, 2021, the end of the premier offer?

Yes, Premier Club will go off sale by that date, usually at midnight the night before.

The support page for purchasing Premier Club is: Purchasing Premier Club
It mentions on that page that an active mobile app based membership makes the account unable to purchase Premier Club.

There is also mention on the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page, stating "It's not possible to apply additional membership to your account or other accounts while you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play / Apple."

That's awesome.
I was just worried that my current subscription wouldn't expire in time because some people suggested premier club would end on February 1st. I guess there are two different dates depending where you look on the website. :)

Hi Malia, thanks again for all the support. I'm not sure where my friend got the screenshot showing the February 1st date. The one I saw advertised as March first is from navigating through the premier club pages.

If I happen to find the path to the February 1st one I will be sure to share!

Definitely a little confused about how my payment method has been interpreted as Google or Apple play as I have never used either service, but just holding out that it will expire in time.

Hey not to keep an old thread going, but I wanted to share in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

As seen above, I was getting the ineligible for Premier error commonly seen for mobile/Apple/google subscribers. I was not using any of these subscription methods. I tried multiple times yesterday and got the same error. Today however it suddenly did allow me to purchase premier club.

It may not work everyone, but maybe "check back tomorrow" is a possible solution here.
