Hi there,

Does anyone know if you can get refund for membership you paid for? For instance, if I choose to stop playing, but still had 5 more months paid for, can I get refunded for those 5 unused months? I can't use the Support feature because it keeps trying to get me to request the refund now.

Hi,

Refunding the remaining unused months hopefully shouldn't be an issue - I personally was able to have a month refunded in a similar scenario. See with Customer Support, they handle these requests on a case by case basis. Good luck,
