I bought members plus a bond 3 times in a row for the 3 months plus a bond. payment successful every time. however I still have received neither membership or my bonds
Did you purchase it through computer/card or mobile? Check your mail or message centre for notifications and see if it's gone through on Jagex' end. Sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes, AFAIK.
If you have any alternative accounts, make sure that you were signed in from the correct account - this can be troublesome at times. Please sign in on your other accounts if you have any, see if the purchased items are stored there.
When buying bonds, make sure that you purchase them for the correct game. There's an option to buy them for RS3 or OSRS.

I did it through runescapes website and used paypal via my linked bank account. paypal has sent me a receipt via email for all 3 transactions. I made sure I was on the right account as well.
this is my main account and has had membership non stop for years. I checked on this one and haven't received the extended membership or the bonds on here either.

no, everything was not resolved. I ended up in game clicking the tab to upgrade to members and did it that way but I was still charged and billed for the other 3 times that I did not receive member or the bond included in the order. twice with bond and 3 months membership $36 and once with just 3 months membership @ $29
Ok. I suggest you make a refund ticket through Support Centre, and hopefully they can help you sort out the duplicate charges. Good luck.
