Gold Premier can be purchased inside the game by redeeming twenty Bonds.
If only one Bond was redeemed, it means you did not purchase Gold Premier but, instead, redeemed the Bond for one of the other choices.
Reading the post you made in the other thread, it sounds like you did not redeem that one Bond for membership at all.

Have you been able to get Gold Premier yet?
If you want to message Billing Support about that one Bond redemption, go to the Refunds support page and click on the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
Navigation: Contact Us -> No -> Jagex/Steam -> Request a Refund

The Billing Support JMod will be able to check your account to see where that first Bond went.
