Hi all,

I decided to take up the premier club option and wondered if I'm missing something.

on the premier club page it specifies;

"Reward Tokens
One added on purchase of Premier Club Gold
One added in January 2021
One added in July 2021"


I was only given 1. We're still in Jan. Shouldn't I have gotten 2?

Any advice/help would be awesome.

Are you certain that you purchased Premier Club Gold membership? There are 3 variants of Premier Club - Bronze, Silver, Gold. You can quickly check by logging into the VIP world or enabling chat badge, which are both Gold membership features.

Please see if relogging works. Upon relogging I got some extra items. Otherwise, check your bank. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
