You probably redeemed the Bond for a 14 day membership passcode.
That is ok, you can still turn that into membership. :)

The 14 day membership passcode gets sent to your 'Messages' tab in account management.
Just head to your 'Messages' tab and get the code then redeem it.
The instructions are linked in the reply Tren posted above.
