Dont Get Hit

Hi,

After many hours of deliberation and attempts I've been trying to contact Jagex support regarding an account billing issue through the Request a Refund submission form. However when I fill out the "Request a Refund" submission form I am met with this error " Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later." I have attached an image of this.

I have tried another computer, browser (chrome and edge), clearing cache on both browsers, disabling any and all extensions and restarted the session multiple times and filled out the form in a matter of minutes to stop it timing out to no avail, none of the above have worked.

You've already done everything I would recommend. O_o

The only other advice I can recommend is to try again later or tomorrow as players report this error resolves within a few hours anyway.
