Hi,
MsJax here, I have/had recurring membership for quite sometime now, however, my debit card expired at the end of December, so earlier this evening 7/8th January, I have tried to update my card details, while I remembered, so that my membership didn't run out.
However, it would seem that despite having signed into my account, I have ended up with this! It doesn't show my username and so it seems that it's a whole other account.
The other problem being, that recurring membership wasn't an option that I could see, so in clicking on a years subs, thinking it would give me me an option to have direct debits taken each month, as happens now but instead, it took payment for a whole years subs in one go.
That isn't what I wanted to do.
I have tried to find an email address for jagex accounts dept but have gone round and round in circles on the website - I'm at a loss, as well as a loss of about £60!
I have checked my bank and the last direct debit for my recurring membership was taken on the 4th of January, so my membership shoudn't even have run out yet.
Can anyone please help, or at least give me a contact e-mail so that I can contact a human not the help section that just takes me round and round in circles without actually helping or advising on this situation.

For some reason you have logged in to the wrong account and put the membership on it.

[#VZ0IKBULY] is not the same account as MsJax.

To retrieve a forgotten login, use the tools on the Forgotten login support page.

Once you have identified the two logins (MsJax and [#VZ0IKBULY]) move on to the Bought membership on the wrong account support page, read it and use the 'Transfer Membership' button at the bottom.

Note: Jagex sell membership in one month, three month, six month and twelve month subscriptions.
Buying a longer subscription gets increasingly cheaper on a per month basis.
Buying a twelve month subscription is the cheapest way to buy a subscription but you do get billed for the whole twelve months right at the start.
If you have questions about this, you can ask them in the message form and Billing Support JMods will get back to you.

Thank you so much for your reply, I can stop panicking a bit now, thanks to you! :)
I really have no idea how I've managed to end up in this situation, I thought I was logged into my account when I did it but I can't have been.
Hopefully Jagex will feel sorry for me and refund the money, or at least, most of it, I'd paid about £60 for the year, this account only costs me £4.?? per month recurring, so a bit of a difference.
Anyhoo, will follow your instructions and see where they take me.
