MsJax here, I have/had recurring membership for quite sometime now, however, my debit card expired at the end of December, so earlier this evening 7/8th January, I have tried to update my card details, while I remembered, so that my membership didn't run out.
However, it would seem that despite having signed into my account, I have ended up with this! It doesn't show my username and so it seems that it's a whole other account.
The other problem being, that recurring membership wasn't an option that I could see, so in clicking on a years subs, thinking it would give me me an option to have direct debits taken each month, as happens now but instead, it took payment for a whole years subs in one go.
That isn't what I wanted to do.
I have tried to find an email address for jagex accounts dept but have gone round and round in circles on the website - I'm at a loss, as well as a loss of about £60!
I have checked my bank and the last direct debit for my recurring membership was taken on the 4th of January, so my membership shoudn't even have run out yet.
Can anyone please help, or at least give me a contact e-mail so that I can contact a human not the help section that just takes me round and round in circles without actually helping or advising on this situation.
