So I was waiting on my replacement card. I got it after I paid for gold premier. The bank shows a pending transaction for premier. I activated my new card after i purchased premier. Google notified me immediately about a different subscription being placed on hold when my old card became invalid, so i just want to make sure jagex will still be able to process my payment.

Are there any differences between the two cards? e.g. expiry date
You may have to just wait and see what happens.
Pending charges only sit there for a few days and either get put through or cancelled.

So, wait and see if your Gold Premier is added to the account or not.
If the pending charge disappears and Gold Premier has not been added yet, you should do the purchase again.
If Gold Premier is added to your account then everything worked out fine.
