tengo una duda y quiero saber si me pueden ayudar.
e dia de ayer en la noche antes de realizar el evento de navidad active una bond, dicha bond desaparecio de mi banco y no me colocaron los dias pertinentes.

The instructions on how to redeem a Bond for membership are: Redeem a Bond for membership
As long as you did everything as explained on the page I linked above, the fourteen days would have been added.

To check how much membership your account has, click on the 'My Account' button at the top of this page and look under 'Membership' on the next screen.
