I paid gold premier on the 17th dec last year and it has expired already.. just wondering what happened to my 5 days.

Jagex dates are written in UK format DD/MM/YYYY
There is five days between the 12th December and the 17th December and you may have read the date wrong.

If you want to message Billing Support to question your Gold Premier expiry date use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the Common Credit Card Issues support page.
