Pinguicula is correct. Sounds like your account was hijacked and the hijacker bought bonds on your account, sold them, transferred the money, then disputed the payment which locked your account. Follow Pinguicula's advice on how to dispute the payment.

It may take up to 48 hours to receive a response on the matter.

After you receive a response, I highly suggest checking over your account/computer security. This involves:

• Scanning your Computer
• Changing Email Passwords (even better: creating an email specifically for you RS account)
• Setting up two-factor Authenticator on your Email
• Changing RuneScape Passwords
• Adding Authenticator on your RS Account
