So Here Is the story.

10 Minutes ago i tried using one of my credit cards, it was declined, tried again, it was declined again, but without touching the mouse the screen reloaded to thank you for your payment.. i didnt get any bonds.. wel i tried another card.. declined.. tried another, declined.. and to top it off i tried a 4th.. declined..

out of curiousity i chekced the records for the first credit card.. it shows i paid 20.99 then shows MINUS 20.99.. THEN AGAIN i paid 20.99. SO!!

AT THIS POINT i have paid 20.99 and have received NO bonods.

no i do not have a twitter. someone PLEASE help me out!

Check the registered email of your account and check the 'Messages' tab in account management.

Can you see any confirmation of purchase emails or messages?
If you can see a confirmation of purchase, it means a purchase was successful.
If you don't see any messages, it means none of the purchases were successful.

You bank may just be holding the money out of your account pending the purchase but, if the purchase was not successful, the money will be returned into your account.
If none of the purchases were successful, all amounts taken out will be returned.

Work through the Unsuccessful payment support page.

i paid for a year of premium and got told my account i have till feburary and the account ends please fix it, i do enjoy playing this game. Also can you fix the keys that you missed its been about a week, thank you im a skiller and i just got 99 slayer but i can'y get the cape is there anyother wayn to

When you buy a year of Gold Premier, it immediately displaces any existing membership you have. The displaced regular membership starts over again once the 12 months of Gold Premier has finished.

It sounds like your Gold Premier 12 months has finished and your account has returned to its previously bought regular membership.
You can check when you bought Gold Premier by checking the email you received last year confirming the purchase.

If you want to buy Premier Membership again, this page: Premier Membership tells you about the benefits and rewards.
Please note: Premier Membership is a 'recurring' membership. It will auto-renew instead of you having to buy it each year.
