Payment option missing

Hi there,

In the store, I don't have the option to pay for a membership or bonds with PayPal and credit card. The only payment option available was Interac & Pay Safe Card.

Do you know why those payment option have disappear ?

This can happen if you have had chargebacks or payment fraud on your account in the past--Jagex will remove the credit/debit/PayPal options.

If you would like to request restoration of those payment methods, you can contact Jagex from the Negative Credit Support Centre article.
