Successful Bond Purchase?

I received a confirmation message to my ironman's message box claiming that my purchase of 3 bonds was successful. The acc name is "Prizm Cards" and the following message was copied from that acc's messages. My account was not updated... Any ideas where to go from here?

I am having this same issue. I purchased MULTIPLE bonds and only received half of them, but my bank account was charged full price for all of them. There was no error on my part during this. My current bank statement shows that Jagex received their money, but I did not receive the product. I have went through all the steps, and checked my two accounts with no luck. The purchase was made on 05-17-2021.

Side note: The customer service is a complete joke on this matter.

Check your email for the confirmation emails from Jagex for the purchases.
Do you have emails for all the purchases you made?

If you cannot see the emails, look in the 'Messages' tab in account management on your account.
You should have a message confirming each purchase.

Check that you have enough messages to confirm ALL the purchases you made because if you don't have enough messages, it means some of the purchases were unsuccessful.

If a purchase is unsuccessful, the money will be returned to your bank account.

If you do have confirmation messages for all the purchases, start checking each message.
It will tell you exactly what was purchased and for which account.
Check that the correct Bonds were purchased (either RuneScape Bonds or Old School Bonds).
