Hello,

I have been trying to log-in to my account to play and I'm getting an error message that refers me to a page about an 'unpaid balance'. I haven't made any purchases outside of membership and it's still active with no issue. It tells me to review my basket for unpaid balances but I see nothing. I have followed all of the instructions on the threads and I still can't find anything. It also will not let me connect to the 'Contact Us' link to submit a ticket of any sort. Someone help me out!

Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page, read it and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to get to a message form.

If you are having problem submitting a message, try a different browser, try a different device or try clearing your cache.
