bought wrong membership

Hello, I bought a bond in GE and then purchased membership timecode (for new fresh worlds or something like that in store). I haven't played in over a year and had no idea I wasn't buying a regular membership.
Can I return that timecode and buy regular membership instead? A few days ago I sent an email to the support team. The website indicates a waiting time of 48 hours, but there has still been no response.

Did you use a webform to message Billing Support or did you use an email address?

Contacts need to be done via the webforms. An email might be missed.
