Okay so I purchased a pack of 3 old school bonds from steam using my steam wallet just a little bit ago for 20.99. It charged my account: But I did not receive the items and I got a message stating the payment was unsuccessful from runescape even though the money was taken...

Cant get the images to work but basically I was robbed. The steam store states I was charged and took the money but jagex is stating it was not charged...

If you have a message saying the purchase was unsuccessful then it means exactly that.
Information article: Unsuccessful payment

Your bank is holding the money out of your bank account because they can see you attempted an online purchase. They cannot see that the purchase was unsuccessful.
Your bank holds the money out of your account for a set period of time, waiting for the company you purchased from to claim the payment. When the time is up and the payment has not been claimed, your bank will return the money to your account and it ends up looking like it never left.

Anyway, I am a bit mystified about this. Jagex have said that Bonds cannot be purchased through Steam.
