redeem bond for membership

I can't redeem tradable bond for membership, because there is no any options for package to select, it's appear blank to me. Is it game issue or my network is not good and it can't process this action? Fejunix

Thank you for your reply. No, I'm not using ios mobile, I'm using my computer. And yes, I followed all pass, but on Nº4 instead of those three package options, for me appear blank space with bar "back" on the bottom. Fejunix
