Hello,

I've purchase gold premier club package a couple of days ago and I'm experiencing some issues:

1) I can not use any of the premier club perks such as world 52 or premier club vault. It looks like premier club is not active on my account.

2) In the support page it was mentioned that 365 days are to be added to the membership time upon purchase of premier club gold. What happened to my account is membership time being set to 365 days instead of adding it (I think I had 12 or 13 days left till the end of November).

I hope this can be fixed soon.

The confirmation email will tell you the name of the package you have purchased and the player name of the account you bought for.

Make sure the email states the package as Premier Club Gold and the accounts player name is correct.

If you find you have bought for the wrong account or bought the wrong package, follow the instructions on the Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between! support page.

Hi,

the confirmation e-mail "confirms" that I have bought the premier club gold package for the account Klonas888. That is not the issue.

The issue is that the package has not been applied correctly to my account: even though membership has been added premier club gold status has not.
