Bond transfer help!

I accidentally bought a bond for RS3 and need to transfer to Old School. Went to transfer bonds support link. Having issues with the field "payment date" Entered every variation of todays date, 12-22-2020, 22/12/20, 22-12-2020, etc... but its still saying "Please review information in this field" What am I doing wrong, what is the correct format for a date??? Help! [I]Just live....[/i]

The format is dd/mm/yyyy so 22/12/2020. If that doesn't work perhaps try another browser?
