So to update, I tried clearing my cache, tried another PC, and tried clearing the cache on that PC, and I am still getting an error message. It's a red box at the top of the page that says " Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later." Is there any other way to contact Jagex?
edit: I've been able to send a report in now, guess I did just have to wait a bit I suppose!
