I'm posting here on forums cause submitting a support form gives me an error message.

I bought Gold Premier this morning through PayPal, and in my order confirmation email it lists the display name as "Character Name Unavailable". I guess that means my email wasn't linked to my account for some reason?? So the Gold Premier I purchased didn't actually apply to any account. I tried submitting a form multiple times through the support center, but every time I do I get an error message saying to try again later. Can anyone here help me out or direct me to where I can get help?

This means you have bought membership for an inactive or brand new, unnamed account.

Membership is applied to the account you were logged into at the time you purchased.
Go to the Bought membership on the wrong account support page and click on the 'Transfer membership' button to navigate to a message form.

If you cannot get the message to send, clear your browser cache then try again.
Instructions: How to clear your browser Cache

If the message still won't send, try sending it from another computer.

So to update, I tried clearing my cache, tried another PC, and tried clearing the cache on that PC, and I am still getting an error message. It's a red box at the top of the page that says " Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later." Is there any other way to contact Jagex?

edit: I've been able to send a report in now, guess I did just have to wait a bit I suppose!
