When I go to purchase premier club i get this message:
"One or more of the items could not be added to your basket, this may be because you already own the item or it is unavailable at this time. Please get in touch if you require further assistance."
It will not let me purchase it and I do not own it already or ever have owned it.
Do you happen to have an active mobile subscription? If so, you are not able to add membership via any other methods. You may head here for further details:

Oh wow this just made me realize and remember about the mobile membership being separate. I just checked my bank account and saw I've been paying separately fr the mobile membership this whole time.*Double face palm* Cancelling that I would assume should help. Will go try that out later after work lol
