Hi,

I have received two messages in my account inbox confirming membership payments on two dates in October. The second confirmation was on the usual expected date and the unexpected message 12 days earlier.

I can't see any transaction on my bank statement for the unexpected confirmation.

Any ideas why I have received this message? I have checked Jagex contact page but there doesn't appear to be a relevant section or even a generic section for this to be raised.
