So today i was thinking of buying the gold primer club package but when i saw that it was for 44.99 GBP

But after i saw the package was 74 USD i was very confused because i looked at the conversion between USD and GBP and saw that 44.99 in GBP is ruffly 60 USD little less not by much so i was a bit saddened because i felt that i was being taxed nearly 15 USD for just using USD i don't understand why there would be such a severe conversion tax

If possible can i please get some clarification on why this is i would be very happy to understand why this is?!

Jagex sets prices in different regions based on exchange rates as well as market demographics.

There are many products that vary in price around the world more than market exchange rates would suggest. Look up the "Big Mac Index," for example.
