Cannot buy premier club

Hi support, I am trying to purchase a Premier Club package. But it seems I can't purchase it. When I browse to https://payments.jagex.com/store/runescape/premierclub It says

"You are not eligible for any items in this category"

Why is this? I purchased a subscription for one month earlier which expires the 21st of November but according to the support page this shouldn't be an issue.

Only with a mobile subscription you cannot purchase a premier package but it seems I do not have that. Please assist :)

Looks like the 'Premier Club 2020' referred to last year's package. I was just able to purchase the 'Premier Club 2021' package after the update.

It makes sense now but weird though, if the 'Premier Club 2020' package isn't available anymore, why still display it and make it clickable?

I'm still in the same boat with the no eligibility.

I checked my mobile subscriptions with a fine-tooth comb and I cancelled the active ones.

I even stopped my recurring membership just to see if that would correct the issue.

What's the fix for this?
