ok i just noticed on my bank app its show 3 purchases this month so far. and i havent even bought anything from jagex or even played in a while on either of my accounts. i checked my accounts and i have no active reoccurring purchases? is someone from jagex stealing from me? its been a total of almost 80 dollars they stole so far. i might have to go to the atm an withdrawal everything and cancel my card.

If a purchase has been made you should see a confirmation from Jagex about it in the 'Messages' tab in account management.
Check your 'Messages' tab in both your accounts.

If there are messages from Jagex, you can message Billing Support for help.
Go to the Unknown transaction support page, read through it and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.

Also, if there is a possibility that a hijacker is using your accounts, you should urgently review the security of your email and RS accounts.
Change the password to your email right away and work through these instructions: Securing your account
