24 hours ago I purchased membership through Apple and payment has been taken from my bank account. Yet, Runescape says that I don't have membership. Please help. Thank you.

support page and work through the points under
"Membership / Item not added to account"
If you need more help, there is a link to Apple Support at the bottom of that page.
If your account does not yet have membership, it means Jagex have not received the money.
Until the money is received, Jagex cannot help. You have to start at the Apple end first.
