I have redeemed a bond but I don't have the 14 days of membership, why is this happend? is it a bug?

Check the 'Messages' tab in account management as you might have bought a 14 days membership passcode.
The passcode can still be redeemed for 14 days of membership.
Instructions: Accidentally redeemed a Bond for 14 days Membership Passcode

I just bought a 5 pack of bonds and a 3 pack of bonds but only got the 3 pack, I got both receipts emailed to me but for some reason can't find the five.
