hi I was logged into my RuneScape 3 account on mobile when I had purchased your massive or RuneScape membership the two the 29.99 One login purchased it logged out and went to purchase something else log back in and I do not have any of the keys the membership or anything that came with the massive membership

Do you have a confirmation of purchase message in the 'Messages' tab on your account?

Did you purchase directly from the website here or through Google Play?

If it is the special offer through Google Play, there are some problems happening with that offer currently and it is taking several days for the purchase to be processed and received on to accounts.
