hello i do not know where else to turn after putting in a couple support notices , my account was hijacked in 2016 even through my authenticator, they somehow also removed my bank PIN. All of my rares i had accumulated since the early days were stolen and so was all of my GP, i understand i will never see those again, but i took the necessary steps and protected my account. Now fastforward, after a long break from runescape due to me losing so much and losing the will to play for awhile i try to log back in and then get a message stating i have an unpaid balance i need to settle of 380$ before i can play again. I have no idea what was bought i never received any notifications or receipts that anything was being bought through my account linked to my email and now i am stuck and cannot play. my account has much sentimental value to me and is now 16 years old, i would love nothing more than to be able to use it again, i feel like i am being punished and my account held for ransom for things i had nothing to do with, i was robbed and now owe money because of it. i did some digging ansd have found dozens of cases just like this and many claimed they had full security and yet this still happened. please investigate this i know any evidence will prove my innocence and that i am a victim here. i should not have to pay anything. i already lost a red hween mask and several other rares i cant justify being robbed of 380$ for someone elses actions. please help, thank you Signature

You started on the Unpaid balance support page, right?

How long have you waited for a reply?
The usual reply time is within 48 hours but there is currently a backlog and response times are taking a day or two longer.

Are you checking the 'Messages' tab on your account? Replies usually go there.

While you wait for a reply, take some time to review your email, device and account security.
The instructions on the Security tips support page are quite thorough.

hi i have made all new passwords for runescape and my email and activated the authenticator, its been 3 days since i first put in a notice through the unpaid balance support page. i've made 2 notices so far. thank you for your quick response it means a lot to me , i will continue to check my messages and email Signature
