Bought bond for wrong version

I just purchased 1 month's membership and a bond for Runescape (new version), but I play Runescape Old School. I have tried to transfer the bond from one version of the game to the other, but cannot seem to do it. I've looked at all the help guides and they have not been helpful... there's no links to contact customer support people :(

Please someone help!

Hi Malua, thanks for your response :)

I have tried to do this, but I can't get to any message page! I press "I'm stuck" twice, but then the page runs out of links for me to click on. It just says something about my payment maybe being declined, but I know that the payment was successful.

Please help!

The 'Still stuck' button is for when you cannot find the Bonds.


Hi there,

Thanks for this. I managed to get to a contact form, but now cannot get past this stage. Every time I enter the payment date for the bond I purchased, the website says "review the information in this field" and does not let me continue. I don't understand this at all. I have tried multiple dates (in a DD/MM/YYYY format) and none of them work.

Please help

Now that is a tech problem.

Work through the points on the RuneScape web browser issues support page and, if the problem continues, use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.
Follow the instructions and navigate to a message form.

This particular tech problem has been occurring intermittently for some time.
It's worth sending in a tech report about it, to add your voice to the other notifications.

Players report various fixes: using another device, using another browser, waiting till the following day then trying again etc.
There is no guaranteed, works every time fix.
