My account has an outstanding balance and is currently frozen. I wish to pay the outstanding balance. But when going to the basket/cart to pay, it does not show VISA/PayPal & the other options like it used to. It only shows some strange Razer currency I've never seen before & PaySafe card (no location around me sells those). Can someone help me please? I haven't played for about a week now & I want to get back on the grind.

Unfortunately, if the account has an unpaid balance, Jagex will no longer accept a credit card or PayPal payment.
The only options are the ones you can see on the payment page.

I know PaySafeCard can be bought and loaded with credit online so you don't need a physical card. Razer Gold might have the same online availability too (but I am not certain).

If you are able to contact your bank and reverse the original chargeback that was done, this is the cheapest and easiest option.
The payback options (PaySafeCard / Razer Gold) will actually cost a bit extra because Jagex load the chargeback fees they have incurred onto to the bill.
