Just hoping they change the payment option for me so I can pay using a different method. sucks I’m in a situation like this and not able to do anything
There are only two ways to clear an unpaid balance:
1. by reversing the chargeback (contact your bank)
2. by paying with the method Jagex allows (see the payment page)
The cheapest way is no. 1, reversing the chargeback.
No. 2 is more expensive as there are extra costs involved in the chargeback which Jagex pass on to you.
Jagex will not accept any payment method other than what is shown on the payment page.
The allowed payment method will be a secure method that cannot be charged back again.
I tried doing a chargeback but I made the purchase under my Robinhood card and there no way to contact them or a bank. I sent them a support but they told me my transactions was completed on such date and under this card.
I ask why they reverse my payment(money is not the issue) I have plenty in my Robinhood account. They didn’t see anything about it and just say my transactions was completed.
I’m stuck in a bubble. I tried using jagex preferred methods and I’m not able to do it. Either that payment option isn’t available at my location or that website is not accepting my payment.
I tried doing MasterCard,visa and PayPal method on razor gold but keep failing.

You are going to have to work with the method you have been given to pay.
